Ingredients:
Tamarind Water : 3cups
Red chilies : 5
Peanuts : 1/2 cup
ChannaDal: 1/2 cup
Fenugreek seeds : 1 tsp
Mustard seeds : 1 tsp
Turmeric : 1 tbsp
Hing : 1 tsp
Sesame Powder : (Roast sesame seeds and grind it in a paste): 1 tbsp
Red chili powder : 1 tsp
Green chilies: 5
Coriander Powder : 1 tsp
Cumin Powder : 1tsp
Curry Leaves : 1 tsp
Preparation:
In a pan add oil .When oil heated add Red chilies . When red chilies turn there color (don't black them) add Mustard Seeds , Fenugreek Seeds .
After 2-3 sec add Peanuts and ChannaDal .
When Peanuts and Channadal turn color (red) add Curry Leaves , Hing , Green chilies , Turmeric.
Add Tamarind Water then add Cumin Powder , Coriander Powder , red Chili Powder .
Keep it in low flame. Add Sesame Powder. After 15 - 20 min turn off the flame.
Serve it with rice.
