సేమియా చిత్రాన్నం ~ Vermicelli Pulihora




Ingredients :
Onions : 1 medium
Vermicelli : 2 cup
Green chilies : 4 to 5 (blend them)
Curry leaves : 4 leafs
oil : 1 tbs
Cumin seeds : 1 tbs
Channa Dal : 1 tbs
Groundnuts : 1/4 cup ( nearly 30 groundnuts)
Red chilis : 2 (cut into half)
Turmeric Powder : pinch
Ghee : 1 tbs
Cilantro : 2 bunches chopped
salt to taste


Preparation :

In a pan Add Ghee . After a second add Vermicelli. Fry it until vermicelli is brown.

Boil 4 cups of water in a high flame. When water bubbles slow down the flame (medium flame) and add Vermicelli.

When Vermicelli is soft. Remove it from stove and Drain water. Cool it Down.


In a pan add oil .when oil is heat add groundnuts and channa dal . when groundnuts and channa dal turn there color. don't blacken them. Then add Onions . Onions will turn there color into brown . At that movement add curry leaves , salt and turmeric. mix them well for 15 sec then add green chilis. Fry for 1 min and add boiled vermicelli. Mix well .

Remove it in a bowl and garnish with cilantro............
