Ingredients :
Corn : 1 cup Cooked
Peanuts ( Groundnuts) : 1/2 cup (Soak 1 hr in water)
Sesame seeds Powder : 1/4 tbs
Salt
Black Pepper Powder : 1 tsp
Butter or Ghee : 1 tsp
Capsicum : 1/4 cup
Tomatoes :1/4 cup
Lemon : 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves : Little
Preparation :
Add butter or ghee in pan when they melt add capsicum , tomatoes ,corn, Peanuts (dont add soaked water) fry them for a min .
Now add sesame powder , salt , Black Pepper ,lemon and coriander leaves . Fry for another min .
Serve in a bowl ......
