Ingredients :
Cucumber : 1 cup (cut pieces)
Moong dal : 1 cup (Cook and keep it aside)
Green Chilies : 2 cut into small pieces
Salt
Curry Leaves : 4-5 leaves
Oil : 2 tsp
Seasoning (Jeera , mustard , Udad dal , Channa dal ) : 1 tsp
Red chillies : 2
Garlic : 4 cloves ( cut into small pieces )
Coriander leaves : 3 branches chop them
Sesame seeds Powder : 2 tsp
Onions :1 med chop them
Preparation:
Heat up oil in a pan. Add seasoning , Garlic ,Green Chilies,red chilies ,Curry leaves ,Onions ,Cucumber fry them (dont stir Continuously ..cucumber may break) .
Now add cooked dal ... add water (1 cup) , Salt , coriander Leaves , Sesame seeds powder cook for another 2 min.
Serve with rice.......
