ముట్టన్ ఫ్రీ ~ Mutton Stir Fry




Ingredients:

Mutton : 1 lb
Onions : small (3/4 of medium onion)
Garam Masala : 1 tbs
Green Chillies : 3 (cut into length wise)
Chili Powder : 1 tbs
Salt to taste
Coconut milk : 2 to 3 tbs
Cinnamon Powder :pinch
Oil : 2 tbs

Preparation :


Cook mutton in Presser cooker for 3 to 4 pressers. don't open the lid until presser had decreased. Drain water and keep mutton aside.(water should be 1 inch more than mutton for perfect cook)

In a Pan or Skillet heat oil. When oil is heated add onions. Add a little salt so that Onions turn there color fast.

After onions turned color (light brown) add ginger garlic paste and cinnamon powder. mix well. Fry for 1/2 a min.

Now add cooked Mutton to pan. mix well. fry for 2 to 3 min. Then add coconut milk. Fry for 2 min. Keep looking so that dish may not turn black.

After that add garam masala powder and chili powder. Keep the flame in simmer for 5 min. Close the lid so that smell wont goes off. don't turn it black keep frying it.

Finally take it in a bowl. garnish with cilantro (coriander powder). Mutton Stir fry is ready to eat.


You can eat with chapati , puri , Rice .......:-)
