Ingredients:
Puri making-
wheat flour : 1 cup
water as required
salt to taste
Take a flour in a bowl add water,salt and mix well make it as a dough. close the lid and keep aside for 15 min.
Payasam ingredients:
milk : 2 cups
sugar as u needed in milk (mostly 2 tbsp if u want more u can add again )
green cardamom seeds : 2 (whole)
ghee : 1 tbsp
cashew nuts : 5 whole (cut them into small pieces and roast them in ghee keep aside)
Dry Grapes : 6 (roast them in ghee and keep aside)
(U can also add almonds ,pine nuts )
Preparation :
Take prepared dough knead it once again with ur hands. Then make them into small balls.
Roll them with a roller . And deep fry them Until they are done
Note: Oil should be very hot before we do deep fry
Now take a small pan put ghee on it . when ghee melts add cardamom seeds with in a few sec add milk then add sugar to it close the lid and wait until milk rises up.
when milk rises up open the lid. remove from fire and keep it aside for 2 -3 min. When puries are cold. In a bowl in which u want to eat , take heated milk in it and add puries to it (Deep bowls should be fine for this )and also roasted nuts. Keep in freeze for 5 min Its done
